About Me

I am an interdisciplinary health researcher appointed at York University. My research is focused on examining and improving the health care system for psychosocial health, vulnerable communities, access to primary care, and integration of eHealth innovations. I use mixed-method research ranging from randomized controlled trials to in-depth interviews and concept mapping. My teaching areas include health informatics, eHealth, equity in health policy, health promotion, migration and health and research methods. My current research program is focused on computer-assisted risk assessments for mental health in primary care settings. You may see iCCAS example.
